The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Excel, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to turn selling trends into clear business recommendations.

Job Requirements

This position requires the candidate to work onsite at least four days per week in our New York City office.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in planning, inventory management, merchandise planning, demand planning, financial planning, or a similar analytical role.
  • DTC, e-commerce, Amazon, apparel, intimate apparel, retail, or consumer products experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA inventory planning, Shopify, ERP systems, BI tools, or planning tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage large data sets and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Place quarterly new product buys for DTC channels based on sales trends, inventory needs, margin goals, and growth plans.
  • Recommend style, color, and size-level buy quantities to support demand and minimize excess inventory.
  • Forecast and manage Amazon FBA inventory, including replenishment needs, weeks of supply, inbound inventory, and stockout risk.
  • Analyze weekly selling across all DTC businesses, including e-commerce, Amazon, and digital marketplaces.
  • Track sales, margin, AUR, units, inventory, sell-through, and weeks of supply.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve sales, margin, and inventory productivity.
  • Build and maintain sales, margin, inventory, and receipt forecasts.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reforecasting based on actual results, business trends, marketing plans, and inventory availability.
  • Assist in annual budget planning and financial modeling.
  • Partner with merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, and e-commerce teams to align plans and execution.
  • Improve planning tools, reporting processes, and analytical visibility.

Benefits for Full-Time Employees

  • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance

  • Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time
  • Paid Holidays
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Parental Leave (including non-birthing parents)
  • Short-Term Disability
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
