Description:

Position Summary

Develops and maintains software features for Avum's government applications. Works across the full development lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain application features and bug fixes for government systems
  • Participate in code review processes to ensure quality and maintainability
  • Coordinate with QA teams on testing, defect resolution, and release readiness
  • Work with SMEs and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Support production troubleshooting and incident response
  • Contribute to team estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles


Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $130,000 annually, with a target midpoint of $110,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location. Avum offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical (Cigna), dental and vision (Principal), 401(k), PTO, education reimbursement, and certification reimbursement.
