Job description

Overview
The PM will be responsible for management and performance of all work under this Contract as described in the PWS. The individual shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations. The PM shall be the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), designated Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and the Program's Government leads. The PM shall be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the project. The PM will be one of the primary interfaces between the government and the contractor for managing the scope and schedule. The PM shall ensure contractor employees are aware of, understand, and abide by DHS and ICE established rules, regulations, and safety practices.
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day management of more than 40 staff members with the ability to coordinate work across sveral task areas with high visibility to executive stakeholders.
Supported Technologies:
SAP HANA, Oracle/Altimate/SAP, PowerCenter, WebADI, SQL, Oracle DB
Qualifications
• Individual must have at least 10 years' experience working on Information technology project implementations (ideally within the Federal Government marketspace). Five of the ten years must be in the official full-time PM role, in an agile construct.
• Five years of experience leading Federal Financial projects, developing and maintaining detailed program plans, and managing day-to-day project activities.
• Individual must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and adhere to PMBOK Project Management Body of Knowledge Principles.

Experience with DHS Federal Financial Management Procedures.
