Assist with infrastructure support
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and assist with implementations led by senior engineers
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during outages or maintenance activities

What Weโ€™re Looking For
Required Experience and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3โ€“5 years in IT support, systems administration, or field-based technical roles
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-prem Active Directory
  • Strong Windows desktop and laptop troubleshooting skills
  • Experience deploying and supporting end-user devices in a business environment
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Preferred
  • Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management experience
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches, VPN connectivity)
  • Experience with endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender
  • ITIL-aligned service desk experience
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator, Network+, or Security+
Additional Requirements
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to travel regularly to branch locations in California and occasionally to Las Vegas
  • Comfort working onsite in branch environments as well as in an office setting

  • Opportunity to work hands-on with modern endpoint and identity technologies
  • Be part of a mission-driven financial institution focused on people and community
  • Participate in meaningful projects that improve how teams work and serve members
