Job description

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling located in Warsaw, IN, is searching for a full-time Customer Service Representative who can easily provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position pays a competitive hourly wage based on experience beginning at $18.00 and works Monday - Friday from 7:00 am-4:00 pm. Full benefits are available including health, dental, and vision insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid birthday off, advancement opportunities, company-paid life insurance, and a company-matched 401(k) plan. We also have company events including trips, monthly breakfasts and lunches, and reward dinners.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

You arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are heard and receive the
best customer service possible. You love that you spend most of your day in an office environment on the phone or computer. The first duty you have is
answering the phones as you receive incoming client phone calls! After phones, you organize service calls to our field technicians and dispatch them to their calls. The importance of client satisfaction plays a big role in how you
maximize the scheduling of our HVAC and plumbing technicians. You also enjoy interacting with clients and technicians as you keep both parties updated and informed. Besides providing customer service, you manage to get various other tasks completed in your workday. At the end of the day, you feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and
everything runs smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and Word (a plus!)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
