A Day in the Life of an Auto Repair Shop General Manager
As an Auto Repair Shop General Manager, you maintain our operations, help customers, and oversee the team. You greet every customer who enters our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect. Simply and clearly, you present the best solution for car repairs and handle any other questions or concerns they may have. You also consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty or integrity. Managing around 8 - 10 employees, you oversee the store's workflow in an effective manner. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management
  • Experience with automotive repair estimation and repair order generation

  • Leadership skills
