If you are relentless about seeing all students achieve at high levels, this is a chance to work at a school that does whatever it takes to ensure our students are equipped with the academic and social skills needed to 'Prep for College' and 'Prep for Life.' Goals: Annual building compliance monitoring receives a 90% score or higher. Staff survey receives over 90% agreement for staff satisfaction of clean team. Responsibilities: Thorough cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, & vacuuming throughout building

Facility management: identify and repair needs throughout the building Bathrooms: scrub & disinfect bathrooms daily Inventory: maintains accurate inventory of supplies and requests new supplies with adequate notice Maintenance: perform general maintenance duties as needed Sanitation: perform regular sanitizing of drinking fountains, floors, and other building fixtures Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc. Experience and Skills: Qualifications: Previous custodial and/or janitorial experience (highly preferred) Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
