Job description

The Custodial Manager oversees the cleaning and maintenance operations for office buildings and industrial sites, managing a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices while utilizing tools such as Paycom for efficient operations. The manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality across all assigned facilities.

Responsibilities
