Job description

Recovery Network provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy, & treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & professional full-time Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) to join our team in one of our female level 3.5 settings! 
Our mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals to learn how to live a positive, sober lifestyle while empowering them to make changes that will lead to successful independent living. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist licensed clinical staff with group facilitation in Level 3.5 facilities. 
  • Complete documentation for group facilitation / therapeutic group activities. 
  • Assist non-clinical staff with daily responsibilities - (example: assist with any new intakes into the program, daily room checks, medication observation, observe clients while following a structured schedule). 

Qualifications / Competencies include: 
  • Must be registered as a CPRS in Maryland with the MABPCB
  • Ability to lead / facilitate groups with clients 
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Best Notes EMR) & efficient typing skills 
  • Professional & ethical conduct with strong boundaries 
  • HIPAA compliance 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Must be able to travel during scheduled working hours to different locations within Baltimore City if needed / necessary - (will explain more during the interview process) 
Hours:
  • Full Time 
  • Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm
