Job description

C-UAS Training Integrator

The Opportunity:

As an expert in training integration, your unique skill set inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients' most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

As a Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Training Integrator, you'll bring your expertise on emergent C-UAS capabilities, training, and force modernization to collaborate with thought leaders in the Force Protection community on the integration of urgent and emergent C-UAS capabilities into Army formations. You'll use your skills as you assist with the planning and operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) in support of individual and collective training to counter the emergent threat presented by these platforms. You will play an integral role in developing training scenarios and UAS threat injects, and assisting with the planning of these within the framework of Army flight regulations. Your ability to navigate aviation requirements and unit training plans while coordinating with internal and external training stakeholders will enhance force protection and readiness of soldiers and units.

You Have:

  • Experience delivering approved training material in classroom and field environments
  • Experience working with the U.S. military as an NCO or Officer
  • Experience with C-UAS, UAS, or Electromagnetic Warfare
  • Experience with U.S. military airspace coordination and aviation safety and standards procedures
  • Experience with Special Operations Forces
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with training development for individual and collective training tasks
  • Experience with Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UAS
  • Experience with Basic Electrical engineering, maintenance, or repair
  • Completion of the sUAS Master Trainer course
  • Experience with training integration of conventional and special operations organizations at the Battalion level or above
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
