This is a fully remote position based in Vallejo, California, affiliated with a reputable community health clinic. Our team works collaboratively from various locations, leveraging telehealth technology to provide efficient and effective mental health support. You can create your own schedule within our operating hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance without the demands of on-call services.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing virtual mental health counseling is strongly preferred to ensure seamless engagement with clients through telehealth systems.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a history of successful client relationships will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
  • Previous experience advocating and supporting clients in a therapeutic setting, coupled with strong crisis management skills, is highly advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
  • A monthly healthcare stipend to support your wellness as a full-time counselor.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement planning, and generous paid time off to recharge.
  • Opportunities for professional development, workshops, and continuing education to further enhance your clinical skills.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
