As a full-time counselor working remotely, you will be instrumental in improving the mental well-being of our diverse client base. This role offers an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.

  • Conduct thorough preliminary interviews, carefully documenting each case from the first consultation through to the conclusion of treatment to ensure accurate records and continuity of care.
  • Assess clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health to design personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Implement and facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to foster a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Monitor and document client progress against treatment goals, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to promote successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to develop comprehensive intervention plans that address all aspects of a clientโ€™s health.
  • Proactively follow up with clients' psychiatrists and hospital clinicians to ensure cohesive treatment approaches for clients admitted for inpatient care.
