We're looking for a driven sales professional to own event growth across the Corsair Creative
venue portfolio. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals and delivering standout
client experiences, this role is built for you.


THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Event Sales Manager, you'll own the full sales cycle and business development activities
for events up to 750 guests across the entire Corsair Creative venue portfolio. From first inquiry to
signed contract, you'll be the engine behind pipeline growth, delivering compelling venue tours,
converting prospects into confirmed bookings, and building lasting client relationships.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you'll work within a collaborative sales team while
maintaining clear personal ownership of your leads, revenue goals, and client outcomes.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your Core Responsibilities
• Drive weekly outbound prospecting and hit pipeline and revenue targets consistently
• Own the full sales cycle for 75-and-under guest leads across all Corsair Creative venues
• Convert inbound inquiries to Tentative bookings, then efficiently progress them to Definite
• Deliver polished, on-brand venue tours with proposals turned around within 24–48 hours
• Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence to maximize speed-to-lead
• Keep CRM data accurate and execution-ready maintaining correct stages, updated notes, and clear next steps at all times
• Recommend best-fit venues across the portfolio and collaborate cross-functionally on client needs
• Support broader business development initiatives across the Corsair Creative portfolio


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven track record in event sales, hospitality sales, or a related client-facing sales role
• Strong outbound prospecting habits and a consultative approach to closing
