Job description

Join Our Team as a Registered Dietitian – Corporate
The Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking a full-time Corporate Registered Dietitian in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will empower individuals to achieve meaningful, lasting health improvements through personalized nutrition and wellness coaching. You’ll deliver impactful programs and seminars, foster strong participant engagement, and help drive outcomes aligned with client goals—all while ensuring a high-quality, supportive member experience.

Responsible for the delivery of counseling to facilitate behavior change in the areas of nutrition and proper eating, maximize engagement and align outcomes with the Client's overall program objectives, and assure customer satisfaction in relation to service delivery and program content.


Key Accountabilities

  • Contributes to the planning, marketing, promotion and delivery of wellness programs.
  • Interacts directly with client employees; facilitates individual and group behavior change programs, one-on-one counseling, and meeting presentations as applicable.
  • Delivers nutrition counseling sessions with participants focusing on weight loss or weight gain, weight maintenance, general healthy eating, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
  • Maintains accurate records and ensure confidentiality of data collected through counseling service delivery and health promotion activities.
  • Promotes and markets the wellness program effectively to target populations, increasing participation in programming.
  • Collects and evaluates program data and generates outcome focused management reports based on the identified business plan goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate ongoing meetings for group weight loss support programs.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition.
  • Licensed Registered Dietitian.
  • 1+ years of experience in delivery and coordination of corporate based health promotion programs, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
