Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to provide Production Simulation Support Services for the client that are essential. The Salesforce Developer will paly critical role in supporting onboarding activities, managing escalations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.
The Salesforce Developer will provide services tailored to support various initiatives and objectives, which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Provide support to end-user onboarding activities, which includes
    • Onboarding Salesforce Tier 3 full-time consultants, and onboarding part-time advisory consultants as needed;
    • Supporting new user orientations; and
    • Supporting access validation sessions.
  • Provide Tier 3 support to assist users and help resolve Tier 2 escalations, including performing the following:
    • Managing Tier 3 of the incident lifecycle to resolution by triaging/researching/analyzing Tier 3 tickets and creating defect/bug tickets for the PaaS SI vendor to close out;
    • Coordinating with the Tier 2 vendor on resolution of tickets; and
    • Attending regular support activities such as virtual Office Hours and Production Simulation Workshops (as needed) for Tier 2 escalations.
  • Provide communication support to the project, including the following:
    • Supporting the state Communications Team by planning and drafting communications to Tier 2 vendors and project stakeholders with details provided by the PaaS SI vendor;
    • Drafting communications for Tier 3 escalations such as release notes, workarounds, and ad hoc notifications with details provided by the PaaS SI vendor;
    • Working with the Tier 2 vendor on maintaining calendar details and releases, planned downtime, and other production activities with details provided by the PaaS SI vendor; and
    • Coordinating with Tier 2 teams to document and communicate the timing and user impacts of disaster recovery, data conversions, and system rollback activities with details provided by the PaaS SI vendor.
  • Provide performance analysis and reporting on production simulation activities, which includes analyzing incident data to provide the State with recommendations on trends in incidents and common issues, and implement recommendations as directed by the State.

Mandatory Experience:
  1. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with Apex (Bulkification, Exception Handling, Test coverage).
  2. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with SOQL/SOSL optimization (avoiding governor limits).
  3. Must possess a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
  4. Within the last ten (10) years, must have five (5) years of experience with Debug logs analysis (reading execution paths quickly).
  5. Within the last ten (10) years, must have five (5) years of experience in understanding of Flows vs Apex interactions.
  6. Within the last ten (10) years, must have five (5) years of experience with ability to trace issues across:
    • Triggers
    • Flows
    • Validation rules
  7. Within the last ten (10) years, must have five (5) years of experience with Troubleshooting:
    • REST/SOAP APIs (Postman)
    • Named Credentials
    • Authentication failures
  8. Within the last ten (10) years, must have five (5) years of experience with integration logs Review (Salesforce + external systems).
  9. Within the last ten (10) years, must have at least one (1) year of experience supporting public or government sector.
Desirable Experience:
  1. Within the last ten (10) years, at least two (2) years of experience with other platforms like
    • MuleSoft
    • SmartyStreets
    • Copado
    • Snowflake
  2. Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer Certification. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request.
