MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Senior Planning Future Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Will serve as a technical authority for long-range logistics strategy and contingency planning.
  • Analyze complex organizational data to develop optimal time, cost, and logistics networks for program implementation.
  • Provide expert-level modeling and optimizing methods to assist management with strategic decision-making.
  • Develops future-oriented logistics strategies in coordination with Government stakeholders to support OPLANs and CONPLANs.
  • Provide specialized expertise regarding swift transitions from steady-state operations to contingency response within the INDOPACOM AOR.
  • Approve and validate distribution plans that mitigate chokepoints and adversary A2/AD threats.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience; experience in formal document approval and acting as a functional lead for program deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MA/MS in Operations Research, Data Analytics, Logistics, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience
  • PMP certification

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
