The Opportunity You will serve as a pivotal field leader at the La Vida Llena site, supporting the primary Superintendent in delivering high-stakes commercial excellence. This role empowers you to manage diverse subcontractor teams while ensuring that every detail of the build meets the rigorous standards of RCP Construction LLC. Your leadership will be the bridge between complex project schedules and the successful, safe execution of daily site operations.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractor teams to maintain seamless workflow and project momentum.

  • Execute quality control inspections on daily work to ensure total alignment with architectural plans and specifications.

  • Supervise the safe operation of tools and machinery while strictly enforcing site-wide safety protocols.
