Overview & About Us:

Heritage Construction is a construction company specializing in pole barns, residential builds, concrete, framing and roofing. We are known for our high-quality craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for skilled, dependable, hardworking individuals who want consistent full-time work, at competitive rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in construction of pole barns, residential framing, and roofing projects
  • Operate hand and power tools and equipment
  • Execute tasks such as framing, roofing, exterior metaling, siding, shingling, and metal roof installation
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards of operation
  • Work effectively and efficiently as part of the team
  • Display a positive attitude and follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Prior construction experience required (at least 5 years)
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work (heavy lifting, bending, climbing, carrying, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
