What You Bring as a Regional Manager
  • You're a strong communicator and a strategic thinker who leads with purpose. You bring:
  • 5+ years of affordable housing management experience, including LIHTC, Section 8, or HUD compliance.
  • Solid experience with HUD 50059 is required.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience with training, performance management, and staffing.
  • Knowledge of budgets, NOI, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
  • Certifications such as COS, LIHTC, or STAR preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Flexibility for regional travel for site visits, inspections, and meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Drive compliance - ensure readiness for LIHTC, HUD, and other agency inspections, while maintaining regulatory excellence.
  • Enhance performance - monitor KPIs including occupancy, collections, and NOI to ensure sustained success.
  • Promote teamwork and training - lead performance reviews, business plan preparation, and staff development initiatives.
  • Build relationships - engage with agencies, investors, and internal departments to strengthen collaboration and transparency.
