As a fully virtual practice, you will have access to advanced teletherapy tools and an electronic health record (EHR) system that efficiently manages client data, scheduling, and billing. We handle all administrative tasks such as client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, and compliance audits, allowing you to focus solely on delivering exceptional care.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Psychodynamic Therapy techniques.
• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in the EHR system.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share effective strategies.
• Support clients as they navigate mental health challenges, fostering an empathetic and safe virtual environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health research.

The clientele served by Sarasota Memorial Medical Center primarily consists of adults aged 18 and older, with a significant emphasis on working with minority groups and individuals from diverse backgrounds. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, focusing on adult populations.
• Proficiency in cognitive-behavioral therapy and a keen understanding of psychodynamic approaches.
• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

• Familiarity and comfort working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Background in addressing men's mental health issues is an asset.
• Demonstrable experience with clinical populations reflecting significant sociocultural diversity.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
