Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control
  • Meeting and exceeding DRP objectives
  • Manage estimators, csr, and techs
  • Manage Accounts Receivable
  • Manage Open ROs
  • Maintain proper amount of work in process
  • Set and meet monthly top line sales goals
  • Update customers on the process of their repair
  • Review final product with customer
  • Handle any customer complaints
  • Manage team including recruiting, hiring and termination
  • Work together with the sales, parts and service departments
  • Maintain a clean work environment including a clean shop and tools
  • Minimize and track any waste, including rework
  • Maintain proper KPIs for Labor, Parts, Sublet and Material

Requirements:

  • Two years management experience
  • PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License
  • Some experience with CCC One
