Tasca Auto Group - Chevrolet Collision Center is currently seeking a full time Collision Production Manager to join our Tasca Chevrolet Collision Center team in Wheeling, IL. The right candidate will bedriven, energetic, and commitment to accuracy to help lead our team and keep operations running at peak performance. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with body technicians, collision estimator, and parts managers to ensure that production is moving as needed to meet delivery needs
  • Write Direct Repair Program (DRP) complaint estimates.
  • Complete Estimates after full disassembly, and damage recovery
  • Update Collision Estimators estimates as needed and lock final estimates
  • Monitor Key Performance Indictors (KPI)
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment
  • Lead and support Technicians to maximize efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Body Shop Manager
  • Work week: Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm. No Saturdays

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Auto Body Shop Estimator experience: 3 years (preferred)
  • Experience with CCC One Estimating and Repair Workflow
  • I-Car Certification a plus
  • Customer Service experience
  • Understanding process of ordering and managing vehicle parts
  • Must have a valid, current Driver's License
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check/screening
