What You'll Do

As Collision Center Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of shop operations, including:

  • Overseeing daily collision center operations to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
  • Driving shop productivity, cycle time performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Leading, coaching, and developing estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff
  • Building strong relationships with insurance adjusters, DRP partners, vendors, and customers
  • Managing parts procurement, inventory control, and quality assurance processes
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve operational performance
  • Resolving customer concerns professionally while maintaining a superior customer experience
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Partnering with senior leadership to achieve growth objectives and business goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of collision center, body shop, or auto repair management experience
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance claims, DRP relationships, and repair planning
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets, workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Proficiency with CCC ONE or comparable collision management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE Certifications
  • I-CAR Training or Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
