About the Role:

Advance Concrete is looking for a Superintendent for our Concrete Coatings & Polishing Division that is a driven, detail-oriented leader. This vital role is responsible for all onsite aspects of executing concrete coatings & polishing projects including project planning, quality control, jobsite safety, customer communication, and leading all project crew members.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all co-workers follow safe work practices.
  • Inspect work and give appropriate feedback to co-workers to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Lead entire process to ensure proper installation of work.
  • Plan tasks to meet project schedule and to proactively identify production and coordination issues.
  • Serve as AC’s point of contact for all on-site communication.
  • Coordinate progress and changes with management team
  • Report site progress through daily reports and accurate time clock entries.
  • Lead and manage all assigned crew members.

Ideal Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of self-performing coatings & polishing experience in field, preferably at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency with concrete polishing, epoxy coatings, joint sealing, overlayments, and concrete repair.
  • Good communication skills especially in managing crew and coordinating with customers.
  • Strong work ethic and well organized.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (AC participates in E-Verify)
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check

Other Details:

  • Role may involve some overnight travel depending on assigned projects.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • Position is full time, and pay will be based on experience level.
