CNC Plasma Table Operator – Precision Fabrication for Structural and Industrial Steel

Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in our fabrication process, transforming raw steel into precise components for major commercial and industrial projects. This position offers long-term stability and a leadership growth path within a tight-knit team of experts who value craftsmanship and integrity.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute precise cuts on structural steel and miscellaneous metals using ESAB equipment to meet project specifications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues with machinery to maintain production schedules and prevent delays.

  • Maintain high standards of quality control by inspecting finished parts for accuracy and adherence to blueprints.

  • Coordinate with the fabrication team to prioritize daily tasks and optimize material usage.

  • Uphold rigorous safety standards and equipment maintenance routines to ensure a productive and secure shop environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience operating CNC plasma tables.
