A current Certified Nursing Assistant license and BLS/CPR certification are prerequisites for this role. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for resident care documentation is crucial, coupled with a solid understanding of infection control practices and proper PPE usage. Experience with patient transfer and mechanical lift equipment is necessary to ensure resident safety during mobility.
Additionally, the ability to comprehend and adhere to care plans is vital for delivering tailored patient care.
