What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

  • Assist with transferring, lifting, repositioning, ambulating, and transporting residents using proper body mechanics

  • Obtain and accurately record vital signs and other required information

  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, or patterns to the nursing team

  • Follow individualized care plans and provide care according to resident needs

  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors
