Allure of Zion is seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to provide hands-on care and support residents with daily living activities.

This role is essential to ensuring resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being in a supportive, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment

  • Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene

  • Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning

  • Measure and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output

  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs

  • Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation

  • Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)

  • Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Participate in ongoing education and training


Qualifications
  • Current Illinois CNA certification required

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
