Reports to: Inventory Control Manager

Company Overview: Cibo Vita is a leading health-focused food company, committed to delivering high-quality, nutritious products to our customers. Our mission is to inspire healthier living through the creation of innovative food solutions. We are expanding our Inventory Control team and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cycle Counter to join our growing organization.

Position Overview:

The Cycle Counter for Cibo Vita will be responsible for overseeing inventory flow throughout the organization, ensuring both accuracy of inventory levels and quality of product. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with management, floor personnel, and other internal departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels within the warehouse and inventory control systems
  • Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances in a timely manner
  • Document and report damaged, expired, and shortdated products to support inventory accuracy and quality standards
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and audits as needed to ensure inventory integrity and compliance
  • Monitor inventory movements and warehouse transactions to support operational efficiency and material accuracy
  • Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records within ERP and inventory control systems
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, picker equipment, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently, as needed
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Production teams to ensure accurate inventory handling and material flow
  • Support inventory control processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and warehouse organization efforts
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards
  • Perform additional duties and support operational needs as assigned
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse manufacturing environment required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cycle Counting, Inventory Control, or related warehouse inventory functions required
  • Experience with warehouse management processes and cycle counting procedures required
  • Familiarity with warehouse documentation and inventory processing requirements required
  • Experience with ERP and inventory control systems preferred
  • Knowledge of Fishbowl inventory system preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Forklift certification and ability to safely operate warehouse equipment preferred
  • Ability to operate picker equipment, scissor lifts, and other warehouse machinery
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with the ability to effectively communicate with warehouse personnel in both languages
  • Strong organizational, problemsolving, and attentiontodetail skills required
  • Physical Requirements and Job Environment:
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without difficulty.
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
  • Company provided Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) must be worn while on the production floor
