Shift: 2:15 PM-11:00 PMHourly Rate: $16.25 an hour + $0.25 "New Rate" effect 4/1/26 $16.82/hour shift differentialThe Vlasic brand has been tied to Imlay City for over 80 years. A part of the Conagra Brands family, we are the only facility in the world that packages Vlasic-branded Pickles, Peppers, and Relish. We use fresh-picked produce during our annual Green Season.Job Details:2nd shift onlyThese are entry level seasonal, afternoon shift positions with a base pay of $16.82/hour + 2nd shift premium $0.25. The Floater/Topper works on the packaging line most of the season. You will be part of the team that ensures produce levels meet quality standards in jars. There are a variety of other tasks you may be assigned to throughout the season. These Tasks include sorting and packaging produce, product rework, quality assurance or outside feed. You will report to the topping lead and production lead. The season runs April to December. As we are a unionized facility, you will obtain seniority after 30 days and have recall rights each year.
