Packaging Line Machine Technician

Location: Vreeland

Position Type: Full-time, On-Site

A day in this role

You arrive on the production floor, confirm the correct materials and labels for the run, and power up your line. As batches move through, you keep a close eye on performance indicators, making real-time adjustments to keep output steady and safe. Throughout the shift, you inspect seals, weights, and labels; document batches with precision; and jump in for quick changeovers and cleaning so the next product can launch without delay.

What you’ll handle
  • Operate and adjust packaging machinery per product and process parameters
  • Verify materials and labels are correct before startup
  • Continuously monitor machine performance during production
  • Check finished goods for seal integrity, accurate weight, and correct labeling
  • Confirm packaging and product meet all specifications and counts
  • Complete batch record documentation accurately and on time
  • Assist with line changeovers and perform equipment cleaning
What you bring
  • High school diploma
  • 1–2 years operating manufacturing equipment with familiarity in manufacturing processes, GMP, and SOPs
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Proficiency in food and beverage manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
