What You'll Do for Us
This role is the engine behind Coca-Cola's eCommerce growth-owning online merchandising and execution, accelerating conversion, and driving share across Amazon and key online retailers. You will blend strategy, operations and data-driven execution to ensure our portfolio is discoverable, compelling, and winning at the point of purchase.
What You'll Own
Online Merchandising & Execution for top eCommerce Retailers
  • Lead end-to-end online merchandising and execution across Amazon and key eCommerce partners
  • Own catalog accuracy, governance, and SKU setup (including compliance attributes like deposits/handling)
  • Optimize product detail pages (PDPs) to maximize visibility and conversion
  • Execute launches, promotions, and seasonal moments with best-in-class online merchandising
  • Audit and resolve issues across content, listings, and asset deployment

Search & Discoverability
  • Define and execute keyword and SEO strategy in partnership with Commerce and Marketing
  • Improve organic rankings and share of search through continuous optimization
  • Leverage data to refine titles, content, and backend keywords

Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Track and optimize core KPIs: content compliance, availability, traffic, and conversion
  • Identify gaps and lead test-and-learn initiatives to unlock growth
  • Build scalable tools, templates, and governance to drive operational rigor
  • Upskill teams and embed eCommerce merchandising best practices across the organization

Competitive Insights
  • Monitor competitors and emerging trends across key platforms
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable growth opportunities

Strategic Account Leadership
  • Serve as the eCommerce expert within the account team, shaping customer strategy and execution
  • Partner with Bottlers, Distributors, Brokers, and customers to deliver joint business plans
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs across the system

  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver against shared goals
  • Drive innovation and solve complex operational challenges
  • Use data to forecast, prioritize investments, and maximize profitable growth

Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in eCommerce, with experience in online merchandising, digital shelf, SEO, SEM and Content. Experience with top retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Salsify, Nielsen IQ, Commerce IQ is a plus.
  • eCommerce Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability in managing large and complex eCommerce catalogs and driving performance within mid-to-large account portfolios.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across distributed business systems, coupled with a proven ability to build strategic customer plans and promotional programs.
  • Drive for Results: Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and a strong passion for achieving measurable impact.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must effectively present complex data and strategies in a clear and compelling manner.
