Job description

Customer Experience Coordinator - Front Desk + BDC Opportunity
Opening
At Melloy Automotive, the first impression matters-and so does every interaction that follows.
We're looking for a high-level communicator who can manage our front desk while also supporting our Business Development efforts. This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience to step into a role that blends customer service, inbound lead handling, and appointment coordination.
If you've worked in a dealership and know how important speed, tone, and follow-up are-you'll understand exactly what this role can become.
What You'll Do
  • Greet and direct showroom traffic with professionalism and energy
  • Answer and manage incoming calls (sales & service)
  • Respond to internet leads, texts, and chat inquiries
  • Set and confirm appointments for sales and service
  • Support sales team with customer follow-up
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
  • Help create a consistent, positive customer experience across all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
  • Previous dealership receptionist, BDC, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email... all of it)
  • Ability to multitask without falling apart when it gets busy
  • Positive attitude and professional presence
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and fast-moving
Why This Role is Different
This is not just a front desk position.
For the right person, this role can grow into a full BDC position, sales support role, or leadership opportunity within our stores. We're looking for someone who wants more than just answering phones-we want someone who wants to be part of the operation.
Compensation
  • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
  • Bonus opportunities tied to appointments and performance
  • Full-time position with growth potential
Closing
If you've worked in a dealership before and know how to handle customers the right way, we want to talk to you.
