Position Summary: 

The Manager of Revenue Cycle Training is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of training programs that support operational performance across all hospital-based revenue cycle functions. This role ensures effective onboarding, role-based education, and ongoing competency development to improve accuracy, support compliance, and enhance workforce effectiveness. The manager partners closely with revenue cycle operations, compliance, HIM/coding, IT/EHR, and analytics teams to align training with workflows, system functionality, and organizational priorities. This role also leads training efforts for process and system changes, ensuring staff readiness and effective go-live support. 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Education, or related field is required. 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or health system revenue cycle operations. 
  • Experience in revenue cycle operations, training, or education preferred.  
  • Demonstrated experience of supervising staff or leading team-based work.  
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or system implementations preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle workflows and systems required. Cerner/Oracle preferred. 

Licensure: Certification in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or healthcare related credential (e.g., CRCR, CPC, CHRI) preferred
