Job Summary:
Cognizant is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a TriZetto Technical Product Manager to drive the successful implementation of their TriZetto platforms. The role involves bridging business needs with technical delivery, ensuring that implementations meet operational and regulatory goals.
Responsibilities:
• Own the technical implementation roadmap for TriZetto platform deployments
• Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements and delivery backlogs
• Define scope, dependencies, and success criteria across multiple TriZetto products
• Partner with architects, implementation leads, and DevOps teams to align solution design and delivery
• Ensure implementations align with TriZetto best practices, cloud standards, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate delivery across core administration, provider pricing, batch, interfaces, and data integrations
• Support environment readiness, release planning, cutover, and post‑go‑live stabilization
• Act as a primary technical product contact for internal teams and client stakeholders
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership and clients
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–12+ years of IT or healthcare platform delivery experience
• 5+ years in technical product management, product ownership, or implementation leadership
• Strong experience with TriZetto platforms (Facets and/or QNXT; NetworX preferred)
• Solid understanding of healthcare payer operations
• Experience working with cloud‑based deployments and modern delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred:
• Experience with cloud‑based TriZetto implementations (AWS or Azure)
• Exposure to large payer transformations or core system modernizations
• Experience working in SAFe or hybrid agile delivery models
