Job description

Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for an Acquisition Management Analyst to support the NAVWAR PMW 150 Command and Control Systems Program Office by delivering Professional Support Services (PSS) across program management, acquisition, contract management, and modernization functions.

The effort supports a diverse portfolio of Navy and Joint C2 systems, including GCCS-M, tactical data links, METOC, and CBRN capabilities critical to warfighter decision-making.ย 

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior-level executives
  • Develop, review, and maintain acquisition documentation, including:
    • Acquisition Strategy (AS)
    • Acquisition Program Baseline (APB)
    • Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD) / Capability Development Documents (CDD)
    • Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Ensure documentation aligns with DoD acquisition guidance and PMW 150 program requirements
  • Support preparation and maintenance of acquisition schedules and related reporting requirements, depending on assignment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Business, Engineering, Acquisition, or related field
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
  • 7+ years of experience supporting acquisition programs
  • Demonstrated experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes (DoDI 5000 series)
  • Experience developing and supporting acquisition documentation and milestone reviews
  • Experience supporting risk management processes in a DoD environment

Desired skills:

  • DAWIA or equivalent certification in Program Management or Acquisition
  • Prior experience supporting NAVWAR, PEO C4I, or C4ISR programs
  • Experience with DoD acquisition systems and tools (e.g., DAMIR, DITPR-DON, RDAIS)
  • Experience supporting ACAT I/II/III or Major Automated Information System (MAIS) programs
