We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to be part of a team that produces high-quality candy products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Opportunities are available in several production departments, including Production Line, Packing, and Specialty Retail Packaging. During the application process, you'll have the opportunity to tell us which department best matches your skills and interests.

NOTE: This role is seasonal and works from August to approximately May each year. Year-round positions may be offered based on business needs and performance.

Shift: Full-time, Daylight, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. โ€“ 4:00 p.m.

Production Line

  • Feed production lines with pretzels, nuts, candy centers, and other products to maintain continuous production.
  • Monitor product flow and replenish materials as needed.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and size specifications are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked work area.

Packing

  • Hand-pack individual assortment candies into specialty gift boxes as they move along a production conveyor.
  • Use both hands continuously to place specific candy pieces into designated compartments with speed and accuracy.
  • Inspect finished boxes to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Specialty Retail Packaging

  • Assemble and package specialty retail products, seasonal gift items, and candy assortments.
  • Hand-tie decorative bows and ribbons to create attractive, gift-ready presentations.
  • Wrap, label, and package products according to company standards.
  • Use craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creativity to produce high-quality finished products.

General Responsibilities (All Departments)

  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked work areas.
  • Complete required production documentation.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Production Associate Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for an entire shift
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds, walk, bend, turn, twist, reach for extended periods
