Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida believes in a foundation of excellence and strives to meet this every day with a goal to deliver superior and safe patient care. JISF has 5 important company elements: Professionalism, Teamwork, Attitude, Accuracy, and Productivity.

We are seeking a full-time Call Center Triage Associate to join our team at JISF! The Call Center Triage Associate will work in a fast-paced medical environment and functions as a liaison between the providers and their patients. This crucial position collects patient information and shares it with the appropriate practitioner.

Expectations include:

Answering all incoming calls in a call center setting

Process medication refills

Address post op concerns

Assist with patient orders and referrals

Exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent customer service for all callers

Educate callers on Practices Policies and Procedures

Transfers calls to the correct department, as needed

Work with coworkers to continuously ensure adequate phone coverage

Abide by confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance with Practices Policies and HIPAA requirements.

Exercise problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills when needed


Schedule: FULL TIME, Monday - Thursday, 7:45 am - 5:15 pm and Fridays 7:45 am 3:15 pm (actual schedule may vary and depend on needs of department)
