SymetrixLabAI is seeking highly motivated, self-driven Laboratory Sales Representatives to help expand our nationwide customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals with a background in laboratory equipment, analytical instrumentation, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or industrial testing.

SymetrixLabAI specializes in laboratory equipment services, preventative maintenance, repairs, qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ), refurbishments, compliance support, and AI-driven laboratory solutions. We proudly serve pharmaceutical, biotech, environmental, academic, government, manufacturing, and clinical laboratories throughout North America.

As a Laboratory Sales Representative, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You'll introduce laboratories to SymetrixLabAI's comprehensive service offerings and work closely with our technical team to deliver customized solutions.

This is initially a 1099 Commission-Based position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role with benefits after 6–12 months, based on performance, sales growth, and mutual fit.

• Generate new laboratory service opportunities
• Prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, environmental, clinical, and industrial laboratories
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Schedule customer meetings and presentations
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with technical service engineers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Represent SymetrixLabAI professionally at customer sites and industry events

Preferred

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Laboratory, scientific, or analytical instrument sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Comfortable working independently
• CRM experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
