A rapidly expanding advanced formulation and biotechnology operation is seeking a top-tier

Compounding Pharmacist with proven experience in sterile peptide preparation.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a decisive, highly technical professional who can operate in a precision-driven environment where accuracy, speed, and regulatory discipline are essential.

What You Will Do:
• Compound sterile peptide formulations using strict aseptic technique
• Lead batch execution, formulation calculations, and release documentation
• Maintain and enforce USP <797> / <795> compliance and cleanroom discipline
• Manage stability handling including cold-chain control, light protection, and oxidation risk
• Oversee technicians and compounding workflow with confidence and authority
• Partner with scientific leadership on advanced formulation initiatives
• Ensure zero-error documentation, lot traceability, and quality standards

Who You Are:
• Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD or RPh) — active license required
• Experienced in sterile compounding — peptide / biologic experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable with high accountability
• Able to perform under pressure in a production-grade laboratory environment
• Detail-obsessed with a strong command of pharmaceutical calculations and SOP adherence
