Description
Ci is seeking a motivated and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Dallas office full-time. This role works closely with Principals, Project Managers, and design teams to support the development, coordination, and implementation of BIM standards across a range of projects. The BIM Coordinator will assist with model management, quality control, and interdisciplinary coordination, while helping to streamline workflows and maintain consistency across project deliverables. This position requires strong proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of BIM processes, along with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and adapt to project needs. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting project delivery and advancing our BIM capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position plays a crucial role in supporting Ci's award-winning architecture firm by working closely with project teams on BIM tasks. Primary responsibilities associated with this position include, but are not limited to:
  • BIM360/ACC coordination, including clash detection, model sharing, and issue templates.
  • Collaborate with project team to implement firm-wide processes, modeling guidelines and client BIM standards.
  • Implement quality assurance standards for projects to meet firm and client expectations.
  • Assist BIM Manager with in-house presentations.
  • Research BIM applications and third-party solutions.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
  • Preferred minimum 4+ years of experience.
  • BIM360/ACC coordination, including clash detection, model sharing, and issue templates.
  • Collaborate with project team to implement firm-wide processes, modeling guidelines and client BIM standards.
  • Implement quality assurance standards for projects to meet firm and client expectations.
