  • Provide special education services at schools as needed. Provide direct special education case management support to schools experiencing special education vacancies or caseloads exceeding the maximum of 28 students, ensuring uninterrupted services and compliance. Support schools during periods of staffing transitions (e.g., leaves, exits, mid-year vacancies) to stabilize special education systems and service delivery.
