Artemis/Aptive is seeking a full-time Benefits Advisor with a strong background in training, customer service, and project management best practices to support and execute efforts for a federal client. The ideal candidate must be a problem-solver who works well both independently and as part of a team and is comfortable receiving and implementing feedback on project tasks.

The Benefits Advisor role requires a self-starter, proactive problem solver and action-oriented team player with previous experience in public speaking, training implementation, one-on-one briefings, and customer service. This position needs an individual that is committed to providing superior service, poised under pressure and has a positive and flexible attitude.

This is a contingent hire position.

This position will require routine on-site work at various Federal locations CONUS and OCONUS

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with stakeholders, tailoring content and delivery to meet specific stakeholder needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on certain federal programs and services available to Veterans and service members.
  • Provide one-on-one support to stakeholders, answering a wide variety of questions about federal programs and services.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person learning modules with stakeholders.
  • Participate in events, as requested, at federal sites and military installations.
  • Support the development and implementation of training and classes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, responding to requests for support and providing guidance to stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Work with internal leadership and contract project manager to provide necessary information for reporting and other key project management deliverables.
  • Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds and orientations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
  • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
  • Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
