About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bellman/Valet Attendant to join our team at the hotel. The Bellman is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their luggage and providing other services as needed. The successful candidate is professional, personable, and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated room
  • Load and unload luggage onto carts and transport them to and from guest rooms
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel services and amenities
  • Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Assist guests with transportation needs and provide directions to local attractions
  • Ensure the lobby and other public areas are clean and organized
  • Park and obtain guest cars when needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry preferred
  • Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Driver's license required
  • Must have a clean driving record

Pay for this position is $12.50 per hour plus tips
