Full-Time Bartender

El Camino Country Club โ€“ Oceanside, CA

El Camino Country Club is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Full-Time Bartender to join our team. Located in beautiful Oceanside, our club prides itself on delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Position Details:
  • Pay: $16.90 per hour + tips
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Location: Oceanside, California
  • This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California law
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with members and guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol
  • Accurately handle cash, credit transactions, and POS system
  • Assist with bar inventory and restocking as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience required
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine service
