Job Overview:

This position will assist physicians, administrators and hospital employees with various electronic media needs and presentations. Assignments will vary from equipment setup, management of various electronic equipment including digital displays and interactive patient TV (IATV)equipment to production of electronic media such as videos and other multimedia mediums. Will have an understanding of the digital equipment in conference rooms and how to troubleshoot and reboot systems if needed. Will create tickets to escalate issues in meeting spaces, providing Tier 1 Support on-site and over the phone. Must be able to work with all levels of employees with a focus on service to patients, and TriHealth employees. Must also be able to work with minimal supervision, be creative and have a take charge attitude with day to day tasks and various projects. When working with customers, must be able to obtain information, analyze the message and provide guidance, but at the same time keep the customer at ease while assisting them. It is essential that this person be a team player and able to work at any facility.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required)
Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
4 - 5 years experience Video Production Experience (Required)
Set up, connection, maintenance and operation of a wide variety of AV equipment 
Management of interactive patient TV systems and applications, video production, post production and virtual events (Webex, Zoom and Teams)
Job Responsibilities:
Assists hospital personnel and others as indicated with set up and operation of AV equipment for meeting or presentation purposes, to include but not limited to conference room systems, microscoples and PACs Systems. 
Produces high quality electronic video programming for hospital personnel, record off-air news and video conferences, and duplicate video tapes, including editing various programs for medical, business, and educational meetings. 
Drives effective management of utilization and replacement of AV and IATV equipment. Maintains inventory control and reports as indicated. 
Provides timely customer support to end users of IATV and AV equipment experiencing system or equipment issues. 
Monitors IATV system performance and track, report and/or resolve issues. Performs system and application updates as requested. 
Maintains collaborative relationships with nursing and maintenance employees in the support of the IATV system and related organizational goals.
