Standard Job Description
Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Basic Qualifications
- Aero Industry experience; Aircraft structural and/or electrical assembly experience.
- Technical experience in resolving engineering, planning, tooling and assembly problems.
- Root Cause Analysis/Corrective Action experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances up to top secret, when needed.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Labor and Time Keeping (AutoTime), SFM, Apriso, 3DX digital environment, Atlas Learning System, EVMS understanding, SAP navigation, VAS, PDM and cost management skills, Industrial and/or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Ability to work individually and within a teaming environment.
- Strong communication skills among peers and through different levels of management.
- Excellent problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication for interfacing with technical support team, build team and internal/external customers.
- Experience as project lead.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
