Job description

We are seeking a highlyskilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join ourindependent CRNA practice in Great Falls, MT. This full-time position offersautonomy, case variety, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative,multidisciplinary environment on a single medical campus.


Practice Highlights:

  • Independent CRNA practicemodel with collaborative physician relationships
  • Full-spectrum surgicalsupport including:
  • Orthopedics (includingspine)
  • General surgery
  • Robotic-assisted surgery
  • ENT, gynecology, urology,endoscopy, and plastics
  • No cardiac or OB cases

Facilities:

  • 5 hospital ORs
  • 4 outpatient surgery centerORs
  • 1 endoscopy suite
  • 2 catheterization labs
  • Active regional post-op painmanagement and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program
  • Call: 1:9 with rarecallbacks and occasional post-call day off
  • Acute care hospitalfeaturing:
  • 36 inpatient beds
  • 10-bed open ICU
  • 8-bed Emergency Departmentstaffed with experienced clinicians
