  • The "Company" is a newly launched Senior Housing operator headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT.  We operate large Independent and Assisted Living communities in the Western United States.  The management team is very experienced in the industry and is searching for a candidate that is outgoing, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen understanding of financial management.

Job Description
  • The Executive Director position is a full time leadership role within the organization.  The job entails running a 100+ unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Phoenix, AZ. 
  • Lead and manage ~60 employees.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and coordinating staffing in the community.
  • Financially capable with a basic knowledge of budgets, income statements spend down reports, ect.
  • Weekly conference calls with other Executive Directors in the Company.
Qualifications

Should absolutely be:

  • A strong critical thinker and problem solver
  • Able to work with little to no direction (Entrepreneurial)
  • 2-3 years as an Executive Director in the Senior Living industry

Additional qualifications but not necessary:

  • A college degree
