Job description

As a Central Operations Associate you will play a critical role within Workforce Staffing Centralized Operations to help candidates move through the hiring process. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruiting organization. The ideal person will be an organized, possess great communication skills and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.


Key job responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be running audits, granting permissions to tools and fixing errors that are preventing the candidate from getting hired. You will also collaborate with recruiters and local HR teams to ensure hiring team success by identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Finally, you will assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Candidate must have strong customer service skills, a desire to exceed expectations, and a team player with a solid work ethic

Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently with minimal supervision.
