Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in roofing repair, maintenance, and installation, along with a solid understanding of roofing systems and safety protocols. Experience with siding, gutters, and windows is a plus. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
Duties
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair roof systems including asphalt shingles, TPO, modified bitumen, and other common materials.
  • Perform leak investigations and execute permanent, warrantied repairs.
  • Complete small scope roof replacements or system upgrades when necessary.
  • Install and repair flashing, vents, drip edge, and other roof components.
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on siding, gutters, and windows as needed.
  • Provide on-site evaluations and assist with estimating repairs or service work.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers about scope of work and findings.
  • Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company standards for job site safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits, materials used, and repairs completed.
  • Keep service truck stocked, organized, and maintained.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in roofing (repairs, maintenance, and installations).
  • Familiarity with multiple roofing systems (shingle, flat, low-slope, etc.).
